Upon needing car service, I went into your Applebee's to wait. I was immediately impressed by the warmth in which I was greeted and introduced to the "regulars" at the bar. Nancy made each person who walked in feel instantly welcome and part of the "crowd."
A week later, while needing additional car service, I returned to your restaurant. As soon as I walked in, the same bartender greeted me by name and remembered my drink of choice form the previous week. WOW! I have since made your Eastgate Applebee's my new after work hang out, along with my friends. All because of Nancy! Having been a bartender throughout undergrad and graduate school, I am particular about service. Nancy is so warm and inviting, upbeat, attentive and personable. While it isn't on my way, as many other places are, the service is definitely worth the extra drive time. I felt compelled to tell you what a fabulous employee you have. She truly is a gem!!
