I am absolutely in shock at how well Jeremy Fogle manages his Applebees's. I had a complaint about the service, and I not only got two phone calls of apology, but he also drove three hours to bring my husband and I flowers, a comped meal, AND another apology. THREE HOURS! This was so completely over and beyond the call of duty, he is awesome. My husband is a pastor and we both liked Applebees's before, but now we are loyal customers. That kind of dedication to the job is absolutely unheard of and we hope he is GREATLY appreciated. As soon as he left my house I called everyone I knew and told them what he had done. My dad, who has been in the food business for about thirty years, said that was an incredible work ethic. I have to say that Jeremy Fogle has won my loyalty to Applebee's. Thank you for having an employee who appreciates customers. I hope he climbs high within this company. People like him are NOT a dime a dozen, hold on to him.
