My husband and I dined in your Applebee's last night and were tremendously impressed with the wonderful service the customers received at this restaurant. Being retired now, we tend to get out dining quite often and though we did not have any personal experience ourselves, our server Amanda was excellent. She was very attentive and sweet. We enjoyed watching the managers Sung and Lisa taking extra care of a few of the tables around us. It did not appear as though these tables were complaining of anything awful. However we watched these two take extra time to visit these tables to insure the customers were satisfied. I do not even think Lisa was two steps from one table that she was then stopped and talking with another table that laughed the entire time. Something that you do not see everyday is a manager pulling up a chair to give customers their undivided attention. When we watched Sung do this with a table, it was obvious their surprise in the time he took to insure they were very happy. Please give them all some much deserved praise in their efforts to make our experience as well as I am sure many others a very pleasant one. We will most certainly be back. Thank you!
