This evening my wife and I dined at Applebee's in Mason, Ohio, on Mason-Montgomery Road. Our table attendant was Josh. The atmosphere he added to our table was one of the best we have ever enjoyed at any restaurant. He was quick to take care of any additional request, and his pleasant smile and personality made our dining experience wonderful. This man is a valuable asset to your corporation, and if you want to keep employees of this quality, you should take care of them in a manner worthy of representing the fine name of Applebee's in Cincinnati. My wife and I have enjoyed fine dining around the world, and we have worked with Mystery Guest to evaluate restaurants and their service in the Cincinnati area. Tonight our report, because of Josh, would have been an excellent report. We have always enjoyed Applebee's, but tonight Josh made our visit very pleasant. So, thank him for us, and thank you.
