"I recently moved to Mexico, but I was in Frankfort, KY visiting my daughter. I wanted to take her to lunch at Applebee's so that I could have my favorite soup, Broccoli & Cheese. The Applebee's in Mexico has that soup, but it is made differently and doesn't taste the same. I was so looking forward to coming home and having that soup."
"Once I got there, I found out that they only serve it on Mondays. I was SO disappointed. My daughter even asked if I wanted to go somewhere else but I said, 'No.' This VERY nice server apologized for not having the soup, suggested some very tasty potato soup, and offered to put some cheese in it for me."
"A few minutes later, she came back and said that her Manager had given her permission to unthaw some of my favorite soup just for me. That is what I call Customer Service and I just want to say 'Thank You' to both of them. You don't find service like that very often and it was great!"
