We had a wonderful experience at Johnny Carino's tonight. As we entered we were seated promptly and courteously. Molly Cassady, our server, was very pleasant and prompt. Her suggestions were helpful and not pushy. We had a special request since we found out we had a daughter showing up late. We ordered for her at a time we thought would be right for her arrival, but she showed up probably 10 minutes late. Molly offered to reheat it but (they) insisted that they remake her dish! The meal was also well prepared and the servings plentiful. I was just very impressed with our visit to your restaurant tonight.
We have been going to your (Applbee's restaurant) for years now and I must say this was one of the best times we have had in a restaurant in years. The service and atmosphere you provided on this night was the best we have had in years. Your entire staff from the door guy to the bar was great. Jaime and Darline were great. The entertainment you have started doing in your bar area will separate you from all other restaurants. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and happy. The atmosphere provided was fun and entertaining and we will be back and recommend you to everyone.
